Everything was easy to set up and schedule a delivery for valentines day. The roses looked Amazing. Aloha, I'm glad I decided to beat the rush for Valentines and ordered for pup at their Lihue store on Tuesday, (Valentines is on Friday this year). The arrangement was unbelievable, and my wife Loved it! But what made it even more special for me was their operational follow through, and attention to details. They called me to find out what time I plan to come by, they called me when it was ready, they sounded so nice and excited for me, then when I picked up, they asked do you want a box, and I automatically said no thank you. The owner I believe, said no we have this special box, so you just buckle it in the seat, that way it won't tip over, Wow what a lifesaver (i actually thought I could hold it and drive, yikes), and the box actually worked. Being a Senior I truly appreciated this attention to detail and the caring follow-up!
